She arrived at 6.50, I have a table booked for 4 at 7pm, the dear old lady said, we sat her at table 14 on the far side of the restaurant, just hander the stone wall. She sat happy browsing at the menu. The restaurant got busier.

-"We have a table booked for 4 under the name of "..." said the two older women" I checked the table plan and they sat on table 40 on the near side wall.

Yvonne -" I ll just go outside to wait for Mary"

The other lady "-Thats right, I am not sure she would find us here, it is so dark"

20 minutes or so passed, when it downed on me. ..and yes Mary was sitting opposite, Yvonne and the other unnamed lady, just opposite.

They did not recognised each other! Oh! and I almost forgot, Yvonne a bit more time outside waiting for her friends, they all had forgotten!

I think it is about time someone would launch a customer review website-

I really mean a customer reviews WEBSITE. So to be the first here is the first throw :

AVOID AT ALL COST

Janey1951 from Broxburn who doesnt like cold ice cream and bearded mussels

Rickknight from Edinburgh, who has obviously never been to France and required designer toilet to relieve himself

Francophile99 from Edinburgh, who does not like to be taken for granted, not special enough (at least this is what we thought!)

Computer 90, should go on tour during the Edinburgh Festival, the Fringe is missing him!

Global_child- who does not like us on a saturday night, but doesn't tell us if he likes us on a monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday even Friday- Go on! Like us another day!

MY TRIP ADVISOR PALME D'OR

La Palme d'Or has to go to Bryjem who can review a restaurant without even eating or sitting!

I wish they all came and grace our restaurant together, we might enjoy it.

I can't believe that one needs to complain about a crepe Suzette that has gone cold, it is served (as stated on the menu and through popular demand) with ice cream,  Of course it is cold!!!
